Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) today signed a memorandum of understanding, by which training courses for real estate and sales agents will be staged, as part of the RERA Continuous Professional Development programmes for real estate professionals.
RERA Chief Executive Officer Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa said RERA chiefly focuses on ensuring that real estate service providers would provide effective and professional services. He added all real estate professionals are required to pass the RERA Continuous Professional Development programmes before they can file for the annual license renewal.
BIBF General Director Dr. Ahmed Al Sheikh said the BIBF aims to provide internationally approved training programmes to contribute to raising competences and skills of real estate professionals.
